These terms cover how quotes, bookings, and tracking work through AutoSecure Freight, and what to expect when you use this site.
Quotes and bookings
Rate quotes are estimates based on the freight details you provide and current lane conditions. A quote is not a confirmed booking until dispatch has assigned a truck and confirmed pickup and delivery windows in writing.
Tracking information
Tracking numbers, status updates, and estimated arrival times are provided as a convenience and reflect the most recent data available from the trailer and dispatch. Estimated arrival times can change with traffic, weather, and dock conditions.
Use of this site
You agree to use this site for legitimate freight inquiries and tracking only, and not to submit false shipment details or attempt to access tracking data that does not belong to your organization.
Liability
Cargo liability, claims, and insurance terms are set out in the bill of lading and carrier agreement for each shipment, and take precedence over any general statement on this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use of this site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
